Partnering: Strengthening Relationships to Drive Desired Culture (ACMP)

Partnering is a structured approach to creating excellent, productive, co-creative relationships within a change project and in organizations. The term was coined by the Army Corps of Engineers when they realized that leaving relationships to chance in multi-stakeholder projects was at the heart of wasted time, money, and attrition (personnel were leaving due to painful project relationships/culture). In this webinar, attendees will learn what Partnering is, how it works, what the conditions for success are, and how they can initiate Partnering as a powerful driver to achieving desired culture – not just among their project communities, but in the broader organization as well.

After this webinar you will be able to…

  1. Spot and resolve competing agendas in change projects;
  2. Identify their state and how this impacts relationships and culture; and,
  3. See the connection between wasted time, effort, money and poor relationships in projects.

He is a pioneer in breakthrough approaches to multi-stakeholder collaboration on large-scale infrastructure change projects, and consultants to executives on major transformational change projects across industries and countries. For over 20 years, he has served as the Canadian Military’s premier Partnering Facilitator. He is an Integral practitioner, a graduate of Integral Coaching Canada, and has served on their certification board. As an executive coach, he specializes in organizational culture evolution and conscious change processes. He is on the Advisory Team of Meta Integral Associates.
