Volvo Trucks will share experiences from the work with increasing the change management capability and especially the early phases, when focus was on creating awareness and desire among senior leadership.
In 2017, Volvo Trucks were embarking on a major Transformation journey including Electromobility, Autonomous Driving and growth in strategic markets.
Due to the significant changes, this would lead to in the organization, it was clear that managing these changes would be a pre-requisite for a successful transition.

Volvo Trucks is excellent in bringing State-of-the-art trucks to the market. The aspiration was to reach the same level of excellence concerning Organizational Change Management Capability.
Presenters are Helena Arensberg, Senior Vice President Human Resources at Volvo Trucks and Annalena Larsson, Manager Change Management at Kone (former Director Change Management at Volvo Trucks).

Helena has a long career within Human Resources and her current role is Senior Vice President Human Resources at Volvo Trucks. In this role she is sponsoring the change management build-up activities within Volvo Trucks.

Annalena has more than fifteen years of experience of change management and driving transformation within companies such as Sandvik and Volvo Trucks.
Her current role is Manager Change Management within the KONE Corporation. She is Prosci certified and Prosci train-the-trainer licensed.
